Beaulieu is pleased to announce the appointment of Raf Rentmeesters as its new Executive Vice President Global Platforms (EVP), effective 1st September 2026.
In this role, Raf his main priority will be to support the global platforms (Fibres, Needle Felt & Cushion Vinyl) in their journey to become number one in their targeted markets and to grow sustainably, both organically and through M&A.
Raf brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across four continents, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth in technology-driven and highly dynamic environments.
Throughout his career, Raf has demonstrated strong expertise in safety culture, customer-centric leadership, strategy execution, innovation, operational excellence, and people development.
Before joining us, Raf held several senior leadership positions at Bekaert, a global leader in the mining and metals industry where he led global P&L responsibilities across multiple divisions serving industries such as renewables, mining, oil & gas, automotive, and elevators.
